Are your products suitable for gift-giving?
Absolutely! Every item in our collection is carefully curated with gift-giving in mind. Many of our products come beautifully packaged, and all are wrapped with care when shipped. We particularly recommend our journals, decorative accessories, and insulated tumblers as popular gift choices.
How do you package fragile items like glassware and figurines?
We treat every item as if we were sending it to our own loved ones. Fragile products are wrapped with protective materials including bubble wrap and foam inserts, then placed in sturdy boxes with additional padding. Our San Jose facility team takes special care with these delicate items.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your address for faster checkout, and view your order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Please email

How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order with attention to detail before it’s dispatched. During holiday seasons when our hand-picked seasonal collections are in high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Our standard shipping uses DHL or FedEx for reliable international delivery, while our free shipping option uses EMS for worldwide coverage.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx, you can track your package directly on their websites using the provided tracking number. For EMS shipments, tracking is available through your local postal service.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We don’t store your full credit card details on our servers after your transaction is complete.
Why was I charged more than the product price?
If your order total was less than $50, a $12.95 shipping fee would be added. Some credit cards may also charge foreign transaction fees for international orders. Please check with your bank if you notice any unexpected charges.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every Hallmark Shop purchase. If an item doesn’t spark joy as expected, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email our customer service team at
[email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Additional Questions
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Many of our products come in gift-ready packaging, and all orders are carefully wrapped for presentation during shipping. While we don’t offer additional gift wrapping services at this time, our products are selected with gifting in mind and arrive looking beautiful.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes! During checkout, you’ll have the option to include a gift message at no additional charge. We’ll handwrite your message on a gift card and include it with your order.
Do you have a physical store location?
Currently, Hallmark Shop operates exclusively online through our website gifthavenz.com. This allows us to focus on perfecting our online shopping experience and carefully preparing each order that ships from our San Jose facility.
